Before the sale

  • Signature of the sales mandate (14-day cooling-off period)

  • Diagnostics

  • Production: Photos / Video / Advertising texts / Flyers...

  • Distribution and actions on social networks and our customer database

  • Work estimates prior to sale and contact with craftsmen

  • Architectural consulting

Putting up for sale

  • Receipt of inquiries / selection / visits

  • Written offer to purchase + validation of financing

  • Acceptance or rejection of offer

Sale

  • Appointment with notary

  • Compromise signing (D 0) / Deposit (5%)

  • SRU cooling-off period (10 days)

  • For condominiums: request for pre-dated inventory
     

File creation

  • Submission of financing application(s) (D +15)

  • Receipt of financing offer (10-day cooling-off period)

  • Financing condition precedent (60 days), other conditions (town planning, etc.)

  • Notary's call for funds

  • Counter-visit (48 hours before signing)

Deeds

  • Appointment with notary

  • Signature of deeds (D +90) / Payment / Handover of keys
